Executive Leadership

Alyssa Gomez

Co-Founder & President | Board Chair & Director of Healthcare Alliances

Core Focus: Social Determinants of Health (SDoH), Continuum of Care Navigation, Multidisciplinary Resource Integration, Program Evaluation & Health Equity Outcomes

A former competitive youth athlete in South Florida, Alyssa co-founded the Alliance to ensure socioeconomic status never dictates an athlete's physical recovery or safe return to play. Drawing on an academic background in Biomedical and Health Sciences, she addresses the systemic barriers that turn youth sports injuries into chronic impairments. Alyssa directs the organization's vetted provider alliances, voucher allocation workflows, and referral networks, connecting families to multidisciplinary healthcare and wellness providers who deliver subsidized and pro bono care. Leading our program evaluation, she tracks care completion rates and health equity outcomes to ensure our initiatives deliver measurable, long-term recovery for every athlete.

Kadienne Gomez, M.Ed.

Chief Learning & Communications Officer | Executive Board Member

Bringing over twenty years of leadership directing professional learning and communications across large public school systems, Kadienne commands the instructional strategy, organizational reporting, and public messaging for the Alliance. She translates complex care navigation workflows into clear educational materials and digital learning tools that parents, coaches, and community partners can easily put into practice. Drawing on a Master of Education from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Florida International University, and executive credentials from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Kadienne equips South Florida families with actionable knowledge while maintaining institutional transparency across all public communications.

Alijah Gomez

Co-Founder & CEO | Board Secretary, Treasurer & Director

Core Focus: Enterprise Leadership & Scale, Daily Operations & Program Execution, Fiduciary Governance & Internal Controls, Key Stakeholder Engagement

After enduring extensive rehabilitation following a youth basketball injury involving two broken legs, Alijah experienced firsthand the operational and financial support required for complete functional recovery. Driven by that experience, he co-founded the Alliance to ensure socioeconomic barriers never block a student's athletic future. Applying core strengths in business administration, program delivery, and disciplined financial planning, Alijah commands our operational execution, capital development and allocation, and key stakeholder engagement. His leadership maintains transparent internal controls, audit ready operations, and sustainable scaling strategies that expand our regional footprint across South Florida.
